About Sam

I am a food and beverage innovator with a catalogue of food solutions. From a hospitality background I leverage the culinary and people skills that come with it.

I work with primary producers and food processors to create products that consumers value. I favour a natural uncomplicated approach to showcase food’s natural attributes and deliver an honest product.

I develop brands using locally grown produce. Incorporating original packaging and design, I can bring a product from the design table to the market.

3D Printed Innovation

Sustainability Victoria

In 2022, Sustainability Victoria accepted my grant proposal to innovate processes and products for500 tonnes of Victorian cherriesthat are wasted each year. I’ve developed and launched cherry products ranging from cider, vodka, wholesale juice, freeze dried fruit and the list continues to grow.

As well as commercial uses I’ve added this novel method of using juice grade cherries. By using a common household juicer and this 3D printed part, anyone can produce high quality cherry juice quickly.
